Before and After Pictures

Kitchen

The two cabinets above the oven seemed a natural addition.

Tall windows eliminated the dividing frame work emphasizing the ten foot ceilings.

The upper cabinets in the "after" picture are storage for party and holiday accessories.

Their design allows an unobstructed view from either room.

Additional lower cabinets, replacing the old formica dining table,

created more counter and storage space.

Living Room

This photo illustrates the opening that was once a twenty eight inch doorway!

Lowering the dividing wall between the kitchen and the living room created causal seating,

opened up the floor plan, and brought the patio and surrounding

landscape into the kitchen.

Guest Bathroom

By moving the bathroom door out to the hallway, moving the

washer and dryer into the garage and moving the window

to the master bedroom, room was made for the new vanity.

Master Bedroom

By installing the window from the laundry area,

the light was doubled in the bedroom.
